Meet Our Founder

Meet the Founder: Devang Desai, CEO of Kalpa Inc.:
Devang Desai brings over 12 years of experience in the ERP space to Kalpa Inc. His journey began by building an ERP system for a warehouse distribution and manufacturing firm, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses in these sectors.
For the past 10 years, Devang has been a ERP specialist, implementing successful solutions for over 100 clients across diverse industries. During this time, he spearheaded the creation of a dedicated vertical for Advertising, Media, Software, and Services, managed Canadian and global delivery teams of up to 60 consultants delivering solutions in 14 different industries.

The "Right Fit" Ideology Formation:
Devang's passion lies in exceeding client expectations. He witnessed companies struggling with suboptimal ERP implementations, which fueled his shift towards ensuring optimal solutions from the start. Recognizing the disconnect between client visions and achievable technology, Devang transitioned into sales. This experience shaped Kalpa Inc.'s core philosophy: becoming a trusted advisor throughout your entire ERP journey – from sales and implementation to ongoing support always ensuring to provide the "Right-Fit" solution.
